The breakfast was a delightful treat, providing fresh juices and a varied menu that included eggs cooked to order. For families, the outdoor swimming pool is a dream come true, especially with the cute decorations that fascinated my little one. The staff deserves a mention; I've not encountered such friendly service anywhere else in Thailand. They treated us like family, even sending back forgotten items by parcel. Location-wise, the beach is merely a short stroll away, along with handy amenities like cafés and convenience stores nearby. While it's not the glitziest resort, Happy Lagoon offers excellent value for its understated charm and hospitality. With a range of amenities like free Wi-Fi and on-site restaurant options, it's a solid choice for travelers blending comfort with economy. If you're considering an affordable getaway without compromising on warmth and convenience, this place is certainly worth a look.
